Three injured in Adrian shooting

ADRIAN — Three people were wounded in a shooting early Tuesday morning in Adrian.
City police were called shortly after 1 a.m. to the 200 block of South McKenzie Street on a report of gunfire, according to a statement police issued Tuesday afternoon. Officers found one gunshot victim and several other people who had attended a house party at the location.
Police were later notified of two additional victims who had been taken to Bixby Hospital by private auto, according to the report.
Police did not release the victims’ identities and said no information about their conditions was available. Two victims were transferred to ProMedica Toledo Hospital, while the third was treated at Bixby.
Witnesses told police the shots came from outside the house, and investigators found evidence at the scene indicating at least two shooters.
