Walleye's Kestner scores goal in ECHL All-Star Classic

WICHITA, Kan. — Toledo Walleye forward Josh Kestner played a role for the Western Conference in the Warrior/ECHL All-Star Classic on Wednesday at INTRUST Bank Arena.
Kestner scored a goal for the Western Conference team in Game 5 of the series of nine events, helping his team to a 2-1 win. The goal was unassisted at the 1:23 mark in the second period.
He also participated in the shooting accuracy competition. Atlanta’s Tommy Marchin earned the win for the Eastern Conference, while Kestner finished in third place.
Ultimately, the Eastern Conference beat the Western Conference for the championship, 4-2.
