East River Drive concert at Ottawa Park postponed because of heat
High heat warnings are in place this weekend for the Toledo area.

City officials are postponing a free concert at Ottawa Park originally set for Saturday because of the high heat warnings this weekend.
East River Drive was set to play at the Ottawa Park Amphitheater, 2205 Kenwood Blvd., at 6 p.m. Saturday as part of the city’s free Ottawa Park Concert Series.
The concert has been rescheduled to Aug. 31.
The summer concert series is sponsored by the city of Toledo’s division of parks, recreation, and forestry.
The next scheduled performances include Boffo on July 27; The Good, The Bad, & the Blues on Aug. 3; Dezire on Aug. 10; the Nu Tones on Aug. 17; and The 25’s on Aug. 24.
